Sofrança
Sofrança is a small enterprise that produces several types of tradicional smoked meat products. Sofrança started its business in 1992, located in a small village, França, right in Natural Park of Montesinho.
The company values the quality of its products. In this sense, Sofrança is very demanding in the choice of raw materials and very strict along the manufacturing process. All products are controlled through periodic reviews and are cured with smoke from firewood. Our products have a familiar taste, “with a flavor that appeals to everyone”, with the focus on quality and hygiene.
